How to Register and Bid on your Mobile Devices and Tablets…

Mobile bidding allows approved Online bidders to bid on their mobile devices and tablets. What do you mean by approved? First, you need to create an Online bidder account by clicking the Online Auction Tab on our Home Page, then click "Sign Up" in the top right hand corner. Once you have created your Online bidder account you need to "Request to Bid" for the sale(s) you are interested in bidding at and Accept the Terms and Conditions for the Online auction. We require that there is a credit card on file to be approved for Online bidding, we will reach out to you for your credit card information, once receive we will approve you to bid Online. Remember you must be approved to bid for every auction by noon the last business day prior to the sale!

On auction day about 1 hour before the auction is scheduled to begin you can enter the auction on your mobile App! To locate the App, go into your App store on your Apple or Android device search "Kevin Barker Live." Download the App on your mobile device. Once you have downloaded the App, open the App and log in with your email address and password that you used to register your Online bidder account. Click "Enter Auction" to be taken into the live web cast.

Once you are logged into the web cast you will be able to hear the auctioneer and follow along with the auction. When you are ready to place your bids simply swipe across the bottom of your screen where it says "Swipe to Bid CAD $20,000." If you are the highest bidder you will see "You are in! CAD $20,000" (as shown on the screenshot).

To view the catalogue, click on the four lines located on the top left of your screen. Here you can scroll to view all past and upcoming lots. You can also send chats to the clerk by clicking the message bubbles located on the top right of your screen.

Bidding is easy! Once you are done simply exit out of the app and you are all set.

Q. Where can I find the Kevin Barker Auctions Mobile Bidding App?
A. The Kevin Barker Auctions mobile bidding app can be found in the App Store via an iPhone or iPad, or in the Google Play Store on an Android Phone or Tablet.

• Once you open the Store, you will then need to type "kevin barker live bidding" in the Search Bar located in the top right hand corner.
• Click "Search" and locate the Online Bidding App.
• Once located in the store, the App may be downloaded onto your device. In order to download it, you must have your log in credentials for the perspective store. THESE ARE NOT YOUR BIDDER CREDENTIALS, but rather credentials you used to register an account via Apple or Android when you purchased your device.

Q. Where can I find the Online Bidding App once it has been downloaded?
A. Once the Online Bidding App has been downloaded onto your device you will be able to locate it on your device's home screen.

Q. How long will I have access to the Online Bidding App?
A. Once you have downloaded the Kevin Barker Auctions Online Bidding App you will have access to it for as long as you have a registered online bidder account or until you delete the Online Bidding App from your device.

Q. Once I have downloaded the Online Bidding App can I begin to bid?
A. You can bid on any auction via the Online Bidding App as long as you have registered an online bidder's account and have been approved to bid for the sale. When you open the Online Bidding App you will input your email and password associated with your online bidding account in the Sign In area. If you do not have a registered online account please do to the auction company's webpage via an internet browser on your device and register an online bidding account.

Q: I've downloaded the app but I'm getting a, " invalid credentials for log in" error, what should I do?
A: If you are using an Apple device, go to the device's home screen, click on the "Settings" icon. When there, scroll down to the bottom of the settings page until you see the online bidding App, click on the app icon. To the right you will see three options, click on the "Environment" option. After clicking on the environment link, please make sure your selection is set to "Production." After doing this, exit from the settings and re-enter your online bidding app. Your log-in credentials should work now. If you are using an Android device, please call the technical support line and someone will assist you in getting logged into your account.
